4.4 Device Security. jl555 strongly recommends that Users access the platform from secure, personal devices and avoid using jl555 on shared computers or unsecured Wi-Fi networks. jl555 cannot be held responsible for account compromise resulting from User actions on insecure devices or networks.
5.1 Accepted Methods. jl555 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT (cryptocurrency), and Coins.ph. jl555 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

12.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl555's aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance held in the User's account at the time the relevant claim arose.
12.3 Exclusions. jl555 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits or gaming winnings beyond the terms of a verified and accepted wager; (c) loss caused by a User's own breach of these Terms; or (d) acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or telecommunications service providers.
12.4 Force Majeure. jl555 shall not be in breach of these Terms and shall not be liable to any User for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond jl555's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, labour disputes, or failure of third-party infrastructure.
13.1 Informal Resolution. 14.2 jl555's Right to Terminate. jl555 may permanently close a User's account upon: (a) confirmed breach of these Terms; (b) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; (c) User request; or (d) jl555's decision to cease providing services to users in a particular jurisdiction.
14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination for User breach or fraud, any Bonus Balance and winnings derived from prohibited conduct are forfeited. Any Real Money Balance not implicated in the breach shall be returned to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to verification requirements.
14.4 User Closure. Users may close their jl555 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to the right of either party to seek interim or emergency relief in any jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
