In complex cases, jl555 may extend this period by a further fifteen (15) business days with notice to the requestor.
Where jl555 is unable to fulfil a data subject request due to a conflicting legal obligation (such as an AML retention requirement), jl555 will inform you of the reason for the refusal and advise you of your right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
jl555 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by any person under twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR online gaming guidelines. jl555 does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 21.
Where jl555 discovers that personal information has been collected from an individual under 21 — whether through attempted underage registration or through use of an account registered with false age information — jl555 will immediately: (a) suspend and permanently close the relevant account; (b) delete all personal information collected from the minor, except where retention is required by law; and (c) return any real-money balance to the payment source, while forfeiting any gaming winnings.
Some of jl555's service providers, game software partners, and infrastructure providers may be located outside the Philippines.
